Dharamshala-Luxmi Bhavan:

          For providing better amenities to the devotees/pilgrims, a Dharamshala with accommodation of 63 rooms and 4 Nos dormitories at an estimated cost of Rs.4,24,26,000/-. This three storeyed  building is to be constructed over a piece of land measuring 3 acres and on the road leading to Staff Houses.

 Staff Houses-Shanti Kunj:

       42 Nos Type 1 houses for Class IV staff of the Board are being constructed behind the Patiala Temple. The estimated cost of this work is Rs 2,10,96,000/-

 Ceremonial Gate-Mata Mansa Dwar:

       A  Ceremonial Gate conforming to the temple architecture at T-point of Kalka Chandigarh highway  to mark the entry of Shrine Complex is being constructed at an estimated cost of Rs.53.70 lacs.

 Additional Tube-well :

          An additional Tube-well with an estimated cost of Rs 34.55 lacs including supply lines to meet out the additional need of water for  upcoming projects like Dharamshala,  rehabilitation of Mahamaya Colony oustees, waiting hall, Staff houses  is to be provided at Shrine Complex.

Sarovar

          At Shrine Complex, lacs of devotees come to pay obeisance to the Deity and at present a very small pool known as Mansa Taal is there which is filled during Navrata days, but it does not serve the purpose. The proposal  is of  construction of a Sarovar over a piece of land with all the facilities of ladies/gents bathrooms/change rooms etc.
